FREE SHIPPING includes handling and insurance via UPS 2nd DAY Air or USPS Priority Mail. Next Day Air is available for an additional charge. Most items shipped within 3 business days after payment clearing. Some items require 3 weeks preparation prior to shipping. International Shipping is available at an additional charge (including Canada). All duties and customs fees for international shipments are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Check with your local customs office for formation prior to purchase. No shipping to Indonesia.
Infrequently, data and pricing may be inaccurately displayed on our site due to system or human errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors when they occur and we do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. Our prices are also subject to change without notice. Sometimes with the volume of orders we receive, an item can go out of stock before we are able to post notification to the site. If this does happen, we will notify you personally as soon as this is noted, so that we can help you find another item. SPECIALS, NEWSLETTERS AND DIAMOND DOLLARS EMAILS At the time you register for specials, newsletters or the Diamond Dollars program on this web site, you will be asked for contact information such as name, address and email address. You will be given the opportunity to "opt-out" of receiving such emails in the future. The default is that you to "opt-in" to receive the newsletter that you are signing up for. If you choose not to receive these communications, please do not sign up for them.
Users who no longer wish to receive the newsletter or other information related solely to the Web Site may opt-out of receiving future communications at any time using the "unsubscribe" link or by replying to the newsletter or informational email and using "unsubscribe" in the subject line or by emailing the Web Site administrator at info@shenoadiamonds.com.
Exercising your right to opt out of receiving communications from the Web Site does not affect any communications directly from salespersons at Shenoa & Co; however you must understand that you will no longer receive any specials or Diamond Dollar updates.
Note that any eligible free gifts will be shipped separately 14 days after your order is placed.
If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return the item for a full refund - minus actual cost of shipping- within 14 days after receiving the item*, with the exception of watches and loose diamonds, which are described below. *This refund policy applies exclusively to items from shenoadiamonds.com purchased online or via salesperson.
If the Purchaser is unsatisfied for any reason, Purchaser may return the item for a full refund - minus actual cost of shipping- within 14 calendar days after receiving the item, determined by the first delivery attempt. All jewelry boxes, and any free gifts must be returned with the item for a full refund. The standard size of Shenoa & Co. rings is 6.5 . Rings sized size 4 3/4 or smaller, or size 7 3/4 or larger may have to be custom made, and thus would be considered special order. The return period starts on the first day of attempted delivery of the item to the delivery address. Any jewelry that has been sized, set, unset or otherwise modified, worn or shows signs of wear once they have been received is non-returnable. All items must be returned in their original condition. The refund will be in the same form as the purchase was made. Refunds shall be issued after verification of the merchandise, which may take up to 5 business days. Shipping charges are not refundable. Certification and labor costs are also non-refundable. The Purchaser will consider that a Special Order item is non-returnable once ordered or sold. Special Order items are items that are not normally kept in stock, and must be Special Ordered or Custom Made; Such items will be stated as Special Order, and the customer will be informed beforehand. The Special Order item is non-returnable, regardless of return policy stated above. This return policy only applies to the current Shenoa & Co. Online Division purchase. No refunds on layaway payments, unless cancelled within thirty (30) days of inception. After more than 30 days of inactivity, layaway accounts may be re-evaluated, and at the sole discretion of Shenoa & Co. may be converted to an equal store credit.
Watches have a 7 day return policy - minus actual cost of shipping. For return credit, the watch must be return within the 7 calendar day return period, in new condition. In addition, all paperwork, tags, boxes, bags, certificates or any other packaging or objects included with the watch must be returned, unaltered and intact.
Loose diamonds have a 14 day return policy- minus actual cost of shipping. For return credit, the diamond must be return within the 14 calendar day return period, in new condition. In addition, all paperwork, tags, boxes, bags, certificates or any other packaging or objects included with the diamond must be returned, unaltered and intact. A copy of any certificate is sent until acceptance is confirmed, or a confirmed request is made to Shenoa.
We ask that you notify us of your intention to return any item and that you ship the merchandise back to our office, insured for the full purchase price. Shenoa & Co. cannot be responsible for lost packages.
Purchaser agrees that this Agreement will, for all purposes, be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New York as applied to contracts entered into and to be performed entirely in New York, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Purchaser agrees that any dispute arising out of this Agreement may be addressed by binding arbitration at Shenoa & Co.'s sole discretion. Purchaser agrees that in the absence of arbitration, any suit or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be commenced exclusively in state court in New York City, New York, and that Purchaser irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts. If allowed by law, all parties using the site or purchasing products from Shenoa & Co. agree not to bring any legal action on any legal theory against Shenoa & Co. more than one year after the date of the applicable invoice except for actions arising out of longer warranties offered by Shenoa & Co.
Along with the global diamond industry, Shenoa & CO. , has a zero-tolerance policy toward conflict diamonds. Measures such as the Kimberley Process, which tracks diamonds from mine to market, are employed by the industry in partnership with the United Nations, governments, and non-governmental organizations, polices diamond exports to prevent the trade of illegal diamonds.
We only purchase diamonds through the largest and most respected suppliers who, like us, proudly adhere to and enforce the standards established by the Kimberley Process. If any of Shenoa & Co.'s suppliers was ever found to be in violation of that process, Shenoa & Co. would immediately sever that relationship. We will continue to support and promote any process that works to uphold legitimacy in the diamond trade.
Please note we do not offer a military discount, free gifts or any other discount for loose diamonds or watches.
